We guarantee to be on site within *4 hours* once the call out has been raised. This is within 4 hours, on average we will be onsite in just 2 hours.
Once one of our professionals is on site we will get your lift back in service for you.
If parts are required we will get the parts sourced and fitted for you as quickly as possible.

How many service visits does my lift need?All depends on the usage of your lift and how many floors. On average its between 4-6 per annum.

How do you save me money?Being an independent lift company we don't have the overheads like other companies so we have no need to charge the amount they do. We also fix any lift and provide solutions to make your lift reliable again resulting in a reduction of call outs.

Can we use another lift company when already in a contract?You are obligated to use your current lift provider for lift maintenance and call outs BUT if you have any repairs works or modernisation you want doing to your lift you have every right to tender other lift companies to carry out various repair works.

What services do you offer?Any problem you may face with your lift, we have a solution. We cover Lift Maintenance from bronze to gold packages tailored to you. We cover 24hr 365 days a year Call Out cover. We cover Lift Repairs if you lift is in need of recommendations or critical repairs. We cover Lift Modernisation with competitive and sustainable packages to give your lift a new lease of life.

What areas do you cover?We cover Nationwide, so all areas in the UK.

What type of lift maintenance contract does my lift need?This all depends on your lift. If your lift is old and prone to breakdown we recommend the silver package so you don't need to keep paying for call outs. If your lift is semi old with minimal call outs we recommend a bronze package to just cover interval maintenance visits and call outs are pay as you go. If your lift is new and is always required to be in service as a matter of urgency then we recommend the gold package which will cover maintenance, call outs, and critical parts.
