We guarantee to be on site within *4 hours* once the call out has been raised. This is within 4 hours, on average we will be onsite in just 2 hours.
Once one of our professionals is on site we will get your lift back in service for you.
If parts are required we will get the parts sourced and fitted for you as quickly as possible.

Before we took over the contract, we were advised one of their lifts was out of service and the previous contractor informed the proprietor that a new lift was required.
You can imagine how much that would cost! Fortunately, we got in contact,
and we completed a free site survey.
We believe that there’s always another way and 99% of lifts can be fixed.
We quoted for some minor door repair works, this was approved and in no time the lift was repaired and back in service.
